The founder

The name of this company was inspired by the captivating book Être un chêne ("To be an oak") written by Laurent Tillon (unfortunately only available in French), which tells the remarkable story of an oak tree from its birth just before the French Revolution of 1789. I was deeply struck by the growth model of these living beings, which develop in harmony with their environment, demonstrating incredible resilience and adaptability to survive. Trees, amongst the oldest living organisms on Earth, may offer the best inspiration for the next generation business models!

That is the core spirit of OakPath: to help the organizations discover their path to growth and success, while simultaneously benefiting both people and the environment.
